RA and Autonomic dysfunction

I was diagnosed with RA in July 2011. In Feb of 2015 I became totally
Disabled with an autonomic dysfunction that has not responded to any
Of the medicines I have been given. I was on Enbrel for 4 years and
After Enbrel I was given Orencia. My ESR never got lower than 30 on
these drugs. I have been on Xeljantz X-RAY 11 mg for a year and my ESR is now 11. Has anyone been diagnosed with an autonomic dysfunction on these drugs or just with RA?

Yes I took prednisone for a few months. It helped the pain from RA
But did nothing for the autonomic dysfunction. I have very low blood pressure when I stand up. I have dizziness and blurred vision. The reason I had to leave my job was cognitive impairment and fatigue.
I think my RA is under control as much as possible. My ESR was 11
And it has not been that low in the 6 yrs that I have had RA. Nothing
Seems to make a difference with the autonomic dysfunction. I was wondering if other people have this with RA or is it totally unrelated?
