I have noticed that if I drink alcohol, those nights are extremely bad with cramps in my legs, calfs, shins and feet. It usually doesn’t start until after a bit of sleep. Drinking a ton of water does not help... I have had nights of 10-12 interruptions. I am not a daily drinker, so have had a couple of bad weekends, so for now I am staying away from drinking for a while... just not worth the pain. I will say that getting to your feet is the quickest recovery, although very painfull to get up... 😵😵😵
