So, just curious, does salt make your RA pain worse?? It seems to do so with me.

Read the book Inflammation Nation. It's a good resource for diets that help with inflammation. I was shocked by some of what I read... like chicken is the best meat and you should stay away from Turkey.

Yes, it does for me too. There are some great sciencetific articles out there about salt and RA.
