Hello. Has anyone switched to a plant based diet ? Has it helped with RA? Does it make a difference? Thanks.

Hi Agape, this forum is really slow so you most likely will not get any responses. about Humira, some have success with it & some don't. All you can do is give it a fair trial & see how you do.
