Need Moral Support Combating This

Hello people..

I am an RA patient for 3 yrs now. Was on methotrexate and hcqs for nearly 2 yrs. Then my rheumatologist has stopped meds for more than an yr. Now suddenly for the past week.. am having small joint pains in my hands and my feet. before i only had right knee pain.. mono arthritic sero positive RA.. Am getting an appoinment with my rhematologist this week. But its really hard to navigate through the day with pain in my hands.. anybody suffering from the same can give me some tips or support.. would be much appreciated. I am also a doctor {Mbbs}.. preparing for my post graduation entrance test.
