geesh, i spoke too soon when i said my bowels had calmed.
i swear the pain is like labor pains. and i know those of you who have CD know what i mean.
then dizzy, the shakes, chills. 
off to the heating pad & couch. bummer.
can corn chips aggravate a trouble spot (obstruction) in the intestines? had TOSTITOS chips last nite for the 1st time; attributing this to those.
times like this i really find it terribly difficult to deal with RA and Crohns and BOTH their complications.
