Hi.
I'm 28 years old. I have been quite healthy and athletic until about 8 years ago.
I had a car accident and had 2nd degree internal bleeding. After my recovery, my weight started to rise. I was 178cm tall and 68kg (1998) when I had the car accident. 4 years later (2002) I was 96kg. But I was healthy, I didn't look obese. Then all of sudden, my weight started going down. Now I'm 73kg.
Ever since my weight started to go down, series of health problems started. It started with gout on my left ankle and my right baby toe area. I often felt really tired, even though I didn't do anything. My tongue likes to swell at night and rub against my tooth until it bleeds. I get hot flashes couple of times a week. I get nerve pain on my right ankle area (next to Archillis tendon). My back also swells up (right side) to a visible level.
Last year, I was admitted to the hospital for 5 days because I kept on having diahrrea and vomiting. Until now, the doctors aren't sure what's wrong with me (even after inserting camera into my lungs and stomach.)
Lately, my health condition has been getting on my nerves and I get irriated very easily. I used to be a very calm person... but now my tolerance level is so low that I can explode on any slightest thing.
I have been to many hospitals, but it seems as if Asian hospitals (I live in Thailand) don't really care unless there is a specific problem with me. They give me gout medicine for my gout. But for other things, they just give me supplement pills and xanax without much explaination.
I have no clue what I'm supposed to do. I'm lost and I often think about how nice life would be if I chop off my gouty leg, or nerve pain leg.. or just shoot myself so that everything will end.
Someone, please help..
