Hi everyone,
This is my first post on this part of the board. I have a question for you all. I have been having issues with my right hip.
Little history. As a kid i have allways been able to dislocate my hips. As a kid with a sick sense of humor, i would pop my hips out all time to freak out my friends. Now, i am in my 40s my hips are paying me back. I did have my hips looked at 15+ years ago, after my hip pop out while water skiing. They did a CT. she told me i have shallow sockets. My question is. When i go to walk after sitting cross legged, the pain is awefull for about 5 steps then it starts to get better. Could this be arthritis or maybe a tandon problem????
Thanks!!
