Has anyone tried any sleep medications?

How were you experiences?

I have an appointment with my PMD July 30. Was thinking of asking for Lunesta.

i think ducky has some stories to tell but i cant rememebr what the med was she took? i am certain she will post sooner than later and i am guessing erin has some experience too! me i stay up lol . good luck mary yalinda

I have been on Ambien.. never tried Lunesta.. and the Ambien works.. put me to sleep within 30minutes of taking it.. BUT, I don't feel rested the next day.. I don't feel groggy, just not rested.. Hhmm...

I know Erin has taken some too, but they didn't do much for her at the time..

I have taken it for a couple of months....... I take Lunesta 3mg............ seems to do it's job, I have not noticed any side efffects.

Thanks for you replies.

I have taken Ambien 10mg in the past after a work-related back injury. But Lunesta seems to be the only sleep med approved for long-term use. And supposedly no rebound insomnia - so I'll see what the PMD says.
