Hard to walk legs are hurting and thigh swollen

I am a 50 yr old female I was diagnosed with Sjogren's . I have been having severe pain in my calfs and legs to the point I could hardly bear weight. This all first started when my right side of my face swelled and the pain with the swelling. I came home from work and had to take ice pack and put it on my face. I cant figure what to do my blood came back normal but this pain is far from normal. Anyone else have this? The swelling of my leg is the right side in my thigh area for some reason my right side face , underarm area, and my thigh is affected .

 Hello.  Well I have had swelling and severe leg pain but in both legs.  I was told by a Physical Therapist that my tendons are shrinking.  I was put on stretching exercises which help in general except when a front is coming through.  Fronts do me in.  The pain can be so bad that I am unable to walk.  Pay attention to the weather.  Nsaids help if you can take them, but they can also cause swelling.
