feel like iam dying. anyone out there

my symptoms.
grating sound on my left jaw
last night my right jaw clicked and its slightly clicking now..
dizziness /foggy brain
sometimes palpitations
don t have the foggy brain all the time .
left ear pops
after images when i look at car lights or if i look at a tree out the back of my house. tho the car lights are more the strongest..
Muscle twitching mostly in legs but sometimes moves around..
from all this i have got really bad depression
and and Anxiety..
feel like <snip, inappropriate, see forum rules>..
has anyone any of these ?

Are you in pain or do you just feel bad overall and are worried?

Jason, excuse errors. M typing on old blackberry. Yes I have ur symptoms n more. Try not to stress. It only makes condition worse. All I can tell u is what works 4 me. I take lots of vitamins plus krill oil, vit E, collagen, cranberry pills or juice, olive leaf extract for strengthening immune system, liquid B12 super strength, alpha lipoic acid for neuropathy, Vit C double dose, vit D, Folate to fight infection because my white blood cell count is low, Advil for inflammation which can b twice a day if I feel blahh and ache, Nsaid Valtoran as when pain is really bad but watch Nsaids r hard on gastro trac. As a woman, my doc increased my hormones. I c an eye doc for anti inflam eye drops and singular 4 sinuses but only take a quarter of tab in am. Mucinex afternoon n pm if necess as it won't dry u out. Also I force myself to exercise on treadmill half hour at walk pace and lift weights 10 mins. B sure to start out very slow as I really hurt myself in the beginning. C a rheumatologist to keep eye on ur inflammatory factor etc. I found none of the meds help me. I feel better now than past 2 yrs when I was diagnosed. Oh and force urself to b active. Don't sit u will get worse. Its not easy.
