sjorgrens and chest pain?

I'm looking for information about Sjorgrens. I have Undifferentiated Connective Tissue Disease (UCTD). My rheumatologist suspects i have secondary sjorgrens. I've had 2 blood test but they came back negative most likely because I take Plaquenil. I've been having extreme dryness which caused and open sore in my nose and one on the palm of my hand. When they appeared I didn't link it to sjorgrens. Now I have severe chest pain. I'm on 2 meds for GERD, had an endoscopy in January, got my usual results and just had a stress echo test today, which thankfully came back normal. I guess after all this rambling I'm wondering if Sjorgrens can cause such bad chest pain. I also have gastroparesis, which I just read could be a side effect of Sjorgrens. My rheumatologist didn't want to do another blood test, my ENT suggested it when the nose sore wouldn't go away. Should I push for the lip biopsy, or would it likely have an inaccurate result due to the plaquenil? I see the rheumatologist on Monday and wondering how much to push this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated

Yes I do have dry mouth, several.nights a week it's so severe that in the middle of the night I wake up because my tongue is stuck to the roof of my mouth with absolutely no saliva. When I was first diagnosed with UCTD I was on prednisone and have had courses of prednisone periodically. I also was on immuran for about 3 years but have been off for 3 years. I will take your suggestion and approach the rheumy with questions about chest pain. Do you know if anyone else has gastroparesis?
