cramping in hands and feet

Hi everyone i am new to the here and i have been told i have a connetive tissue disorder. Dx won't say anything but i have a pos ana and it is SSB 1:160. She keeps asking if my eyes or mouth are dry. I tell her my feet and hands are cramping and have the feeling of someone pinching them all over. I also told her of chest pain and she just asked if i have had a echo and i told her last year so she just lets things go. Any words of advice.

I am newly diagnosed like you with an unspecific connective tissue disease. I have cramping in feet and sometimes legs and hands. Was also questioned about the dry eyes. I have the pinching feeling occasionally. Not chest pain but cramps in chest sometimes. I have the brain fog too. Seem to have some fibro symtoms too. I have pos ana too. I don't know what I have but I feel very old. Doctor says not Lupus.
