Does anyone have pain in their salivary glands and down the sides of your neck like when they had mumps? I don't know whether to worry if this is an infection or just a symptom.

Either way I think your doctor should know about it. Sorry, I don't know which it might be -- my guess is you'd need some blood tests for them to decide on infection vs symptom.

Thank you. I did not go to the dr, we had an overbooked weekend. I'm sure every one has those... I'm still paying for it. But I did kinda massage the sides of my neck, and while they are very sore, did get some relief.

I have these swollen gland symptoms often, along with sore throat and ear aches. Get checked but no signs of infection. It might be part of the whole dryness problem. I have to have glasses of water daily. The dryness will destroy your nasal passages and rot your teeth. Teeth grinding also occurs. But back to your question: Yes, swollen glands stuff can be from Sjogrens or fibromyalgia...
