My eyes, my eyes!

Tired, stinging, and very purple underneath. Hard to see clearly from one eye, vision keeps changing. Drops aren't providing much, if any, relief.

Have y'all found any relief from medications?

I know having tear ducts worked on is an option, but medication, if possible, sure sounds easier and more reliable.
