The doc. did blood test for my son who also has many other symptoms.
Is the ANA the one for Sjogrens?

ANA can be indicative of many auto-immune diseases, but it does not narrow it down to one specific disease within that group. His symptoms would need to be evaluated fully by a rheumotologist.

Although his results are back normal, it does not mean that he does not have an auto immune disease. Have him evaluated by a specialist and do not give up. Keep going. They will find a dx for him. Not sure where you live, but I know some states have a lack of RA's, and when they do find them, RA's is not too sympathetic but don't give up. Good Luck. I kept insisting to my RA doc that I felt like I had something more than FM, he kept saying nope I ran test and you do not have RA. The lack of his testing and not listening to me, forced me to seek another RA in town. I found one 5 mins from my house and he is great. He ran tons of labs on me and said I have RA factor slightly elevated which means I am at the beginning stages of RA. I had this when I was in my 20's too it is just becoming worse now that I am 44. He listens to me and he is wonderful. He also confirmed FM and inflammation in my body which is part of my auto immune diseases. I am glad I changed docs.
