Intolarance to tempature

My body is cold in morning when temp is 73 degrees and then I get hot can't find a happy medium ihave shortness of breath head presure and hissing in ears all my senses are hyperactive clothing is very restrictive and can't stand the feel of them feels like sand paper facial tightness pushing my tonge to roof of mouth nose is always plugged and constantly blowing it and when I do I feels my mouth tight severely bloated and feel full but hungry body dosnt sweat just clammy is this sjorgrens
