There are health diets for everything, and they can help especially with fighting inflammation, and it's good for you to point this out. However, I would advise caution as you do need some sugar in your diet each day and by cutting back on sugar and going with more fruit and vitamin foods you can get diarreahea(sp?) and gastric upset with a completely switched out diet.
However, adding in Blueberries is very good or even a few cherries just don't over do a good thing...
