You need to see a specialist, like an Rheumatoid Arthritis Doctor and get bloodwork to check for Sjogrens especially with your dry eyes and mouth.
The eye plugs can help a lot, I'm kinda the expert on here as my eyes are so dry I get plugs placed in twice a year, the frist time the plugs go in there is some mild pain and mostly discomfort, but the plugs do help and you maybe even be able to stop the eye drops. You should give the eye plugs a chance they do help.
Also start using either biotene or act for dry mouth at bedtime, I like the act better as it has a less after taste.
But, I want to encourage you to get seen by the specialist so that if you need more help, there is a medication...
Hope this helps and go to your eye doctor and say yes to the plugs your eyes will feel so much more better, the plugs can help...
Keep us posted, okay!
