i have been diagnosed with primary sjogrens
i use restasis drops
recently my top eyelids are swollen red and sometimes itch.
is this sjogrens ? also itchy ears started with this
no allergies

Yes, I have had red itchy eyelids and very itchy ears from Sjogren's.

However, you might try stopping the Restasis for a few days to see if the eyelids improve...you might be having a reaction to the medication.

I've been recommended a single drop of mineral oil for the itchy ears...I did that at first but after several years I somehow mange to ignore the itching most of the time.

Try what lynnwood said maybe add in warm compresses and if your not better soon get into your eye doctor for help, don't let this drag out...and stay off the restasis for awhile...warm water compresses help and try not to scratch at your eye's...
