Dry mouth Best help for dry mouth at night

Biotene toothpaste followed by a mouthwash that will not dry you out like biotene or. ACT has a mouthwash for dry mouth and I use ACT....plus drink plenty of water during the day...

I use evoxac (prescription) - it helps with dry mouth and salivary gland issues. I got the prescription from my rheumy after I started having issues with salivary glands/dry mouth.

If you are not interested in prescriptions, I have used Biotene dry mouth toothpaste and biotene dry mouth spray at night in the past. Before starting evoxac I used to keep the biotene dry mouth spray right by my bed and spray my mouth at least two or three times a night - a really big life saver for me.
