Do i have LPR , and infection or an autoimmune disorder ?

I am going to a rheumatologist on friday. I just recently had gall bladder removal. I have suffered GERD from a long time and ever after taking protons and having like a weird reaction to it where I felt pain and damage to my ear and nose. I stopped it and ever after that my stomach problems got worse to the point where I was diagnosed with Hashimotos thyroiditis. Right now I am having a horrible chest pain , ear pain, swollen lymph nodes, sinus pain and pressure, pressure around my eyes and pain when moving my eyes. I already had many tests done CT scans of my head MRI's, ct scans of my chest . and many other things. They just prescribed a round of antibiotics to see if that is what is causing it like bad infection. The problems is with the Hashimoto's right now I am not sure what is happening to me. I am not sure if I should check if I have something else. If i am swollen, I have an infection or just like a really bad acid rebound that is attacking my sinuses so severely , it is making me loose balance, ear pain, eye pressure, red eyes , and like sinus pressure I feel like my head is going to explode, all together with chest pain and body aches. I want to know if anyone of you has ever experienced sinus problems.
