Okay so sjogrens can really dry us out, it even drys out my hair, so every so often a add a pea size amount of Miracle Whip into my hair about 20 minutes before a shower and wow it helps...Miracle whip uses egg whites and its perfectly safe for use on your hair, just only a small amount because it can be hard to rinse out...

Anyone else with a hint that helps you...posts it here... hints that help and work are great... turn

Avocado oil on skin and scalp helps.

Nothing else can come close.

Coconut oil in nostrils works great. Make sure its melted, so as not to breathe small pieces into lungs.

Vaseline on heels and feet at night with socks on makes your feet feel so wonderful and look good too!

Hi Chartreux. This is a great tip. I've been thinking we should have a Sjogren's 101 like the lupus forum has. Your tip and the others is a great starting point and hopefully the kick in the pants I need to get it started! Love, Butterflake

Butterflake, I love the idea of a Sjogren's 101...The first hint should be to know that not all eye drop are preservative and dye free...Thank You!
