So I have a job that's enabled me to travel all over the US for the past two years. Where I will occasionally have a day or two a month of dry mouth, but nothing day to day.
When I would visit family at home my mouth would get dry as a bone if I stayed in town for more than a week.
I recently moved home to be around family and my mouth is SO INSANELY DRY EVERY DAY. I take the pilocarpine 5mg four times a day here and still don't get much relief.
Have any of you experienced that your sjogren's is worse in one place more than others?
I have not been diagnosed with Sjogren's formally but my mouth does not make any saliva at all in this one area that my dentist prescribed me Pilocarine to protect my teeth. I get very dry eyes as well. Cut out all medications in the past with this dryness (since that's what all my ENTs say to do first) I also get sore joints, severe tiredness, GERD, IBS and headaches in bouts as well.
I've got an appointment with a well reviewed ENT in a couple weeks but I'm honestly just so miserable and considering moving again if this is all
locational based, just not sure if that's even a real thing for anyone else?
