pain in lower throat/upper chest?

I have primary Sjogren's disease. For about 4 days now I've had a pain in my lower throat/upper chest. It specifically seems to bother me more when I'm talking or breathing in deeply. I'm relatively new to Sjogren's disease and I seem to be having new problems popping up all the time. Does anyone know what this might be? Should I talk to my rheumatologist about this or an ear nose and throat doctor? Or should I give it a while and see if it goes away? Thank you!

Hi Lizzard77, I'm so sorry to hear about the tumor. I went to an ENT, and he said he assumes it's just acid reflux since I have a history of acid reflux problems. He told me to up my antacids and come back in 6 weeks if it's still going on for further testing. I'm also having difficulty swallowing now and I frequently feel like something is swollen in there. I know I have a cyst on my thyroid. I wonder if that could have anything to do with it. Hopefully it's just acid reflux for me. I hope your biopsy goes well. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.
