Hi Bellaway, sorry you are having such a bad time! Sjogren's can be diagnosed without specific test results. I think ultimately it is up to the Rheum. you see and the overall situation. I have a few things going on so it is hard to say what issues I have that are specifically related to the Sjogren's other than the dryness-related ones. Google tells me Sjogren's is connected to much more than dryness, though. Muscle spasms can be helped, a lot, by muscle relaxers. You sound like you need some medical evaluation beyond the ENT. They do not really 'do' Rheum conditions. You should seek a decent Rheumatologist. Ask your primary care Dr for a referral and maybe some meds are appropriate in the meantime. Good luck!
