is it possible to have Sjogren's without SS-A / SS-B?

hello, I have had lyme for a long time. My ANA is 1:320

I have a dry mouth, and have had eustacian tube dysfunction for 2 years now.

I suspect sjogren's but I have negative SS-A and SS-B.

please let me know your thoughts.
