Oh umm...serafena, I don't have BP. And no one at school knows about
what I do have.
I guess I will tell a bit of my story so you understand.
It started 4 years ago with a knee pain. Its been downhill since then. Now most of my joints hurt. I have an appt. next Wedn. actually. I haven't been in a while. I started going 4 years ago, each doctor would send me to another. I had ever test none to man. I would take spells where I wouldn't go for a while. I haven't been in a while, but my neck is giving me a hard time so I told my mom I wanted to go back.
But, anyways, I have developed depression/anxiety/and panic. I haven't been to the doctor about it though. But, they have gotten progressively worse and I am 100% certain I have that. I have had 3 panic attacks also. I am certain about that, but all of my doctors can't figure out what is wrong. I get tired of being passed around to the next doctor so...
But, I post in the a/p and sometimes the depression forum. I read some of the other forums though. I just found the birthday thing interesting!
But, as to your other questions about whether or not kids at school know, they don't. I was kind of confused because my teachers usually give papers to fill out like a survey. One of the questions was if we had any medical conditions at all. I don't know what to put because I really haven't been diagnosed by a doctor. But, I am certain I have a/p/d. I go to my school counselor and she knows. But, my teachers don't know. Should I list it even though I haven't truly been diagnosed??? Not sure. But, it could be a problem. I had my first anxiety attack at school a few weeks ago. And I have bad anxiety in the mornings and it does affect school so....
If I need to go I will tell my teacher and if they don't believe me I will tell them to talk to the counselor. So anyways, I am venting!
Anyways, you guys take care! Have a GREAT Day!!!
