So we did this thing called a healing Mudra, which is basically a meditation with hand gestures. It was pretty cool and I thought I would share it with you guys. You sit Indian style with your hands resting on your knees. Then you tap your thumb to your index, then middle, then ring, then pinkie fingers. Then start again with the index...etc. You tap for a four count as you breathe in, then tap for another four count as you breathe out. As you tap on your fingers you recite (either in your head or out loud) Sa(index), Ta(middle), Na (ring), Ma(pinkie). This meditation is meant to balance both hemispheres of the brain. If you are in pain somehere in your both you should send positive energuy there while you are doing the Mudra.
