Bipolar Blogs??! Help needed!

Hi all!

Hope you are all not doing too badly and that you are all safe!

A trivial question but a one I wanted to ask you all.  I've started a blog and I know that there are many other bipolar blogs around but I was wondering if anyone could share 'best practice'?

I guess I need to know what worked for you guys/girls? How did you increase the traffic to it? Did you get good feedback etc?

My blog is going to deal with the issues i face being bipolar in the hope that itd help someone in some way shap or form! However small!!

Shebsy, I took your advice and asked teh owner of that blog if I could link to it but I still haven't heard anything back!

I'll be updating my blog over the next day or two so if you haven't had a look then please do!!  i think I intend to do it on bipolar and driving ie. having to tell the driving agency that you have bp and all the associated nonsense that goes with it! Was going to tak about my experience of it all!

Dont know if you guys in the US have to tell the drving agency that you have bp??? We have to in the UK and there are some nightmare stories!

I just started my own bipolar blog too! I just "followed you", feel free to "follow" me back even tho I haven't started blogging yet :)
