My racing thoughts has caused me relationships, they have gotten that bad. I get something in my mind and the thought goes round and round. I can't get it out of my mind. Then the emotions build. I can't forget. My anger builds and builds. I become enraged over little things. How can I get my mind off of things that bother me instead of letting the thought get worse and blow out of perportion? I need some advice!!!!!
