help please!

Hello my name is Devin Morris i'm depressed and i dont know wat do i seems that everyone around me doesnt care intell ive tryed commenting suicied twice and after that it seemed people was there for me and now seems there not ive been to councelers and still didnt help they just think im crazy and they ask why i cant answer because i dont know why i am the way i am idk wat do its scaring me little things make pissed off or sad if im in a good mood it dont take much for me to change really fast lately ive been thinking about it more and more its getting to the point i wish i would just disapree ive tryed talking to my family and my fiancee and seems not to help they give me weird looks. im just not me anymore i cant sleep or eat when im tired i lay down to sleep then im wide awake it feels like im just in a blank that im all by myself and theres nothing i can do about it please help idk wat to do.

hello and welcome. the 1st thing that stood out to me was when you said you couldnt sleep. sleep deprivation is a serious problem and can effect mood. you MUST get sleep. please go to your dr. and explain that you cannot sleep. you said you had seen counselors who thought you were crazy. you are not crazy. you are sick. no good counselor would ever tell you that. you need, in my opinion, to be seeing a psychiatrist who can counsel you and prescribe the appropriate meds. your family may be acting like they are because they are not knowledgable about your illness. your mood swings may be a sign of bi-polar disease, although i am NOT a dr.your suicide attempts are a cry for help and you must get some. the psychiatrist can also talk with your family and explain whats going on with you. remember your illness is not your fault, so dont let anyone make you believe differently. please get some GOOD professional help. i wish you well. keep us posted.
