What is your favorite thing about Thanksgiving and what do you have to be Thankful for this year?

My favorite part is, my daughter makes all the desserts and she is good at it.  My husband takes care of cooking the Turkey which leaves me with a few side dishes AND decorating my grandmothers turn of the century dining room table, which I cherish.  I am thankful this year for a sound diagnosis, a med I can tolerate and feeling better every day, my family who loves and supports me and my very best friend in the world who happens to have 4 legs!  And of course I am grateful for my HW family..........you always get me through.

I love how sweet it is to be with friends and family on the holidays -- when everyone's feeling cheerful and lovey.

I am so thankful for my daughter and husband especially. They keep me going, they keep me sane, they are beautiful people. I'm thankful that we don't have want. We don't have lots, but we get by just fine and I never worry if I'll have money for groceries. I'm thankful that I have sweet friends who make me laugh. And I'm thankful that I get to be here on this board, talk with all of you wonderful people, and have found support and comraderie despite this crazy illness.

Thanksgiving is not a happy time for me. My son was born November 23rd, so thanksgiving is a time when I remember him, and remember when I lost him.

As to be thankful, I'm thankful that my family and friends have stuck by me.

I'm thankful that I made the right decision about getting help again,
And I'm thankful for both of my loving dogs who help me every day to get by.

Yes Kiraz, Extra hugs to you. I am glad you have pets, they make life so much more pleasant in alot of ways.

We all have something to be thankful for, even if we have to dig deep to figure it out.
