Do you think that a healty diet helps us cope with Bipola?

I've heard it does, but I've never had the discipline to actually follow any sort of plan, lol. Food is my friend - I don't discriminate! :)

I think health in general is a good thing and even if it doesnt help directly with bipolar, if you are healthy and eating right thats one less thing to get depressed about
. Speaking of which i have to go take my vitiams. LOL LOL LOL
However my PDoc felt that my vigerous excersise routine helped keep my bipolar under control for the longest while. SHe thought that riding 45-90 miles a day really worked out a lot of my mania energy out of my system and helped keep me under control. Once i looked back on things it was when i was cooped up inside during the winter that i normally got into most of my misdeeds. LOL LOL LOL
