Yay, i was very successful in the Happy Bill VS BiPolar Fight

Had a whole week of wanting to overspend on money. Resistes, resisted, resisted and finally i was victorous and kicked BPs butt. lOL LOL LOL

Then tonight i had a urge to steal come on me hard and fast (Insert your best joke here) I again kicked BPs BUTT all over the place.

WOOOHOOO. it feels great to have some success. This is starting out to be a great weekend.

Just wanted to share my happy experiences.

I fight the fight and have good days and bad. Mostly i am hapy when it is a draw. Still i was happy to resist the bad urges and wanted to share my good news with you all. I've been riding again and have had no sexual urges at all, unless you count wanting my wife LOL LOL LOL


Besides i feel that positive reinforcemnet has a place in BP treatment. THat creating a cycle of good outcomes can give us power over the urgers when they attack.

Well back to this beautiful day. YAY YAY YAY
