Feeling alone...

Lately i've been hard to reach, i've been too long on my own, everybody has a private world where they can be alone, are you callin me? are you tryin to get through? are you reachin out for me? cuz im reachin out for you.

Thank u... Its been a stressful week for me. I've just been feeling a little down.

Thank you. My fiancée just got through telling me that I'm having a manic episode... I'm jittery, biting my nails, cleaning, just can't sit still... I skipped my therapy session today to take my kids to the park... Maybe I shouldn't have done that lol.

i missed school. know what ya mean. kids to the park is a good thing.......very theraputic i'd gather. keep strong, jamie. being manic sux. i don't like using this word but i HATE it!!!!!!!!

Yeah, it made me feel better watching them play. We've been stuck in the house all week cause its been raining everyday. Today was the first nice day we've had... Go figure it lands on a day that I have a therapy appointment. But I called and told my therapist my plan for the day and that I'd see her next week. She's cool. I think I'm just a little stir crazy from being stuck in the house with a bunch of kids who are also sick of being in the house. We're all driving eachother crazy lol. I'm stressed.

Lol thank you. The sunshine and fresh air always cheers me up. And watching my babies play, laughing and running around... It was well worth skipping therapy. :)

It might just be something emotional that you are going through, but try maybe to do something different, maybe you need a change.
