It could just be a getting "use to" period. I can not function personally on the meds but I know alot of people who do. Mabe you should give it a try for a while and see what happens. I was on the med merry-go-round for two years when I finally said enough. I am able to control my issues, anxiety, depression, possible bipolar (?) with a strict diet, no caffeine, no sugar, no processed foods, no restaurant food, no alcohol, exercise and vitamin supplements. I guess I am just the exception and not the rule.
Just let me say that if you know in your heart that the med route is not for you or the Dr. is trying to convince you of something you know is not right, please trust yourself to do the right thing for you.
