am extremely unwell. not sleeping hardly eating, and i am

rapid cycling like crazy. very depressed, not studying as this

mixed mood state is killing me. see the doc next week.

therapist next mon. been unwell for awhile now.

anxiety, vomiting and dirraeah are very present as well.

Waiting for the pdoc may not be the best idea if you are feeling that ill. Are you on your meds, or did you stop?

i am on meds. might crash the dr's office sat. he does let me if i am bad.

Jamie,

Sorry to hear you are feeling unwell.  Hopefully you can hang on until you see your Dr.  Think about in the past when this has happened, what could you/did you do yourself that helped you?

Hi my friend,

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. Rapid cycling and mixed states, depression; it's all so hard to deal with. Sleep is very important during these episodes? Do you have something you take to help you sleep?
Hopefully you see your doc asap.

Just remember to do lots of deep breathing, drink lots of water and try to do some relaxing, soothing exercises to help slow yourself down a bit.

So sorry to hear especially about the sleep. I hope you can see your pDoc as soon as possible too. Thinking about you and praying you get relief soon!!! Do you have someone with you watching out for you?

thx LW. am a mess. but i am trying hard. went to school yesterday. did all my duties around the house, walk the dog and been to the chemist today. just not coping my friend. have rested today,, not helping, my thoughts are in rapid cycl mode badly. just so tired. therapist mon, doc wed i think, yeah wed.

just hang in there mate... remember we can snap back to good health just as quickly as we can get out of whack. You have a lot of people who care. Just keep managing things the best you can. Have a warm milk/chamomile tea. Grab a wheatpack/ho***er bottle. Get your bed nice and warm and snuggly. Focus on you breathing, deep breathes into your diaphragm. Feel the cold air in your nostrils. Listen to what sounds you can hear. What things you can taste, smell, see, and touch. Notice all the sensations in your body, scanning through it. And go back to breathing... one moment at a time mate, you will come through. I'm off to bed now, and am hoping you get as much rest your body allows and not get too disappointed with what it doesn't. Nite hairy faced friend :)

good session with the therapist. doc wed morn. need to make him see sense about going off the dreaded seroquel. should be interesting. thx my HW buddies for sticking by me, i need it and really appreciate it. still in massive rapis cycling mode. my 2 best buds popped in to help me, was nice. ok enough from me. love yas, jamie

Jamie, Hope you are feeling better. It seems like since they changed your meds a while back, you have been having a hard time. I hope they get you straightened out soon, I know how unbearable rapid cycling is. I never did that until I was put on meds (you know me I am backward).

Glad session went well and hope your pDoc can work with you on your meds. It is so hard when we are not stable. I feel you my friend. Having a very anixious day myself and even my Xanax and deep breathing aren't helping. Going to just chalk it up as a bad day. We will get through this!
