due to being a burnt out mess i am taking some time.

need to re focus and work on my studies. jamie.

(((hugs))) my dear. Don't feel guilty. Many of us have taken time off from this forum to refocus. Or we take on other's burdens. That can be OK to care about each other - but not so far that it hurts you.

Please check in occassionally to let us know you are safe.

seen my therapist today, good session, bought a beany and gloves-it is that cold. brrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!! a week ago my doc and i did a new mental health plan. gave it to my therapist today. sugars are excellent, except for the many hypos i have been having. mave have obstructive sleep apenoa. awaiting the sleep dr. to return from his break. my doc thinks i may require a cpap machine. it has been busy here, hopefully i can study tomorrow. i have a friend staying with me as well. some general sickness-diarreah and vertigo. i don't see the shrink till the 29th. i want off the seroquel. one day at a time my friends. with compassion, jamie
