Dont Understand whats going on with me

IM always angry , I Hate Humans .... Im always angryyyyyyyy!!!! I [hurt] myself .... Well ok I'm being childish i don't hate the human race but my anger makes me hate people without i finding out who they are ...... Ugh i am always thinking took much thoughts run through my mind ........ i can beee goooooooood one minute then bam the discomfort comes the regret , disbelieve , uncertainty , I'm a male i am not suppose to be this frustrated with my own mind ....... Can anyone tell me whats going on or point me in the right direction ..

I have to do Something cause i am irritated with my skin ...... But I don't Like to talk about it too anyone .i think I'm crazy some times .... i get to The point where my anger hurts my body i don't know if its a mental pain
