I'm looking for book(s) to read. What are your favorites about
or related to mental health?

There are many great books out there. I have read loads, what specific aspects of mental health do you want to know more about
and I will be happy to share.

Currently reading, Anatomy of an epidemic by Robert Whitaker. Excellent read, must read for anybody on medication - what the dr's don't tell you!

I checked out "Overcoming Borderline Personality Disorder" by Valerie Porr, M.A. from the library. I hope it is helpful.

Bipolar and Pregnant sounds interesting. ;) I'm finally off Seroquel and Lamictal, so that is where my mind tends to wander.

I think the best relationship book out there is "Loving Someone with Bipolar Disorder". It is highly recommended around here - not just by me! I got a copy and made notes in it before I gave it to my fiance. For example I crossed out things that don't apply to me, I underlined things that were important and made a lot of notes in the margins too.
The best thing you can do for your relationship is to take care of yourself! (((hugs)))
