New to Lamictal!

Well, just started Lamictal, 25 mg once a day. I made a previous post on this same website about two years ago about Lamictal and it causing me nightmares. I subsequently quit the Lamictal due to that, but here I am two years later trying it all over again. I don't think I ever took it long enough for it to work on me. Can anyone provide me with some insight on what to expect on the Lamictal? Does anyone take it regularly? Please fill me in. I don't want it to cause me anxiety because I have serious anxiety problems. Someone fill me in please. My anxiety is starting to sky-rocket. Thanks,

HI GUYS, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR BLOODS TESTED WITH
LAMICTAL. I FOUND THAT ALL SIDE EFFECTS PASSED RATHER QUICKLY
WHEN MY LAMICTAL WAS SLOWLY INCREASED. I AM NOW ON 200MG.
BUT THIS WAS A SLOW PROCESS-MAINLY BECAUSE OF SOME OF THE
SEVERE SIDE EFFECTS OF LAMICTAL. I FIND LAMICTAL TO BE EXTREMELY
HELPFUL. PLEASE HAVE YOUR BLOODS TESTED TO SEE IF YOUR IN THE
THERAPUTIC RANGE.

Don't take it if you drink alcohol. I've experienced severe issues when the two have been mixed. You can't use both.
