Here is the deal. On weekends when I should be up and showered I am sleeping instead of having quality time with my family. I wake on my own about
6:30, eat and stay alert
until around 9:00, when everyone else is getting up. Then I am up again at 11:30 or so. I am lossing my mornings and want them back! Would taking my coffee outside in the sun help? Maybe
opening the curtins? Or walking in the sunshine? I think this started when I start Lamictal but I also started lorazipham at about
the same time. Is it depression or drug side effects? I hate changing meds but I am loosing my morning hikes and baking for the kidos. Plus I don"t want my hubby to think I am lazy. Any suggestions? has anyone found a way to combat this issue? Thanks for all your help!!
