I'm sorry your psychologist is moving. I know you mentioned in a past post that she was helpful. I hope your new psychologist will be good as well. Sometimes it may take some time for us to get use to a new therapist.
Please remember that both meds and therapy take some time to work.
You can look at things that trigger your various moods. Once you know your triggers, you can learn how to avoid them or how to cope with them. This will be a great help.
Please know that things may not always be high or low. Things will get better. You will have wonderful days
