Hi, I'm just saying hi and introducing myself. I have had BP 1 PLUS OCD, GAD, AND panic disorder for over 10 years. I'm currently stable and just started a diet and exercise program to combat some of the meds. Any questions feel free to ask !

Hello, I am new as well and have not yet introduced or commented. I have similar dx's as you, but it was a very long road getting here. I am just curious as to how your journey started, and what has the course of action been like for you?
