I lost another disability service today and feel pretty bummed out by it. I still have other supports I've put in place but I will really miss this worker. She has been very very helpful and healing for me. I'm sad for now and if I let myself grieve her, I will do better than if I try to be strong and let it all build up. Denial is my best friend and my worst enemy.

Oh, and I got a new GP last week. So things aren't all bad :)

I'm sorry you lost another service LW. On the bright side, I guess you can use whatever you learned from her that has been helping you and continue to do it

I did not realize that things were this extensive!! They really treated your case with the worst professionalism ever. I am glad that you are pulling through and that you are making personal progress if not medical progress.
