I'm sorry your anxiety level is high. Try some positive self-talk and see if it will help. Tell yourself, "I am feeling anxious now, but soon I will be calm" and "This feeling will pass." Mindful awareness may be helpful too. Whenever I'm in a bad place/mood and I remember, I try to focus on an object or a sound.
I hope your vision is okay... Wimbledon finals is tomorrow. I know you'll be looking forward to watching it. This may take your mind off things a bit.
Eat a nice meal. Treat yourself. Maybe eat something sweet if you can. Chocolate and ice cream helps me feel better at times
