I feel like I am out of my mind! I just an restless and angry and can't stop crying please my kids and hubby don't deserve this!!! Any have these feelings on lithium 450_900 mg a day??

i am sorry mate, but i feel you need to give the lithium a chance. what about those coping skills? i live with anxiety and panic disorder, meds, help, briefly, but in the long run it is my coping skills that work the best. cheers.

help7, I'm sorry for how you're feeling.

Remember to deep breathe. This can help you feel better.

Journaling also helps me. I write down my thoughts and feelings and it helps.

Do something nice for you. Maybe, watch a movie, go out for a nice meal, if you can treat yourself to a spa day or something nice. These things can make you feel better.

Please know that we are here for you. I hope things will get better for you soon.
