Weekend Check In Thread!

I'm going to my Moms cabin on top of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. I live in the little town below and see her every weekend. The gravel road is long and steep with lots of hairpin curves. My son and his girlfriend are coming. He's 19. We're going to an arts festival in a nearby small town, canoeing on the lake, lunch at the pizza restaurant where my artwork is hanging, and a musical that night. A walk to the pond on Sunday and maybe a trip to a waterfall. Hope we don't see any bears!

I am feeling very depressed today. Had a real tough time getting out of bed. The pain in my shoulders was very bad last night and I think that it triggered my feeling down today.
Do not have any plans for the weekend and am home alone as usual. I tried listening to music, but it did not lift my mood. Maybe I will try to get out for a while.

HT, I'm soo sorry. How are you doing now?

Aiki4, I hope this upcoming week will be better than your weekend. Did you get to go out? Sometimes staying indoors can contribute to our depression.

I carried my car to get under and body wash yesterday. Today I went by an aunt with my mom. We saw my other aunts, my cousins. It was nice.
I'm taking the day-off from work tomorrow. I have to carry by car by the firm for servicing, and then I need to go drop in my application for school.
