I wanted to do a post with my symptoms and how I deal with them. So first off input is welcomed because everyone is different. Now on with it
I am a 30 yrs old female. I was diagnosed when I was 21. I have had my hyper points but they are not around as much anymore. I am always at a low and angry point now. I am always tired and the smallest things can cause my anger to come out to play, it's not nice. On a good day I can do most anything I want. More often than not I am tired, mad, depressed and sometimes anxiety pops out as well. I am anti psychotic meds, depression meds and also anxiety meds. I take my meds daily and see a p doc and a counselor regular. I have been on the forums for a couple years off and on and I have found the most help here. I asked myself one day why that was... The answer because the people here are not looking to be paid, they all want to be helped and to help others. It really is that simple. People actually care and that makes the biggest difference to all of us.

Hey DG,
What's up girl? It's been a while. I'm really glad to see you posting again... How have you been? How are things?
Thank you for sharing this with us. I agree. Knowing someone cares really helps us positively.
Take Care,
UA

Hi UA,
Been having bad anxiety but it's getting better. I am glad to be back as well. I saw that so many newer faces were here and in anxiety and depression that I felt the post was needed. I hope others post to it as well. Stay well all.

Stomach bug? Ohh, I'm sorry. Yes, there's a virus going around here too. Most people are sick. I hope I don't catch it.
I hope you had a good weekend and you're doing okay.

I used to feel like you. Once they put me on Serequel XR I felt so much better. It's made a big impact in my life. I have always felt that I was Bipolar I since I was 16 but they didn't really say it until I was 29. I went through 3 visits to the pysch ward. I keep telling myself that is the last time I will be there. I finally got on disability because work was becoming to much. That has also helped as well. I work on my crafts, take care of my dogs and house work. It's amazing that I can start and finish so many projects when I could never do that. It's so nice. I hope this helps.

I had a lawyer, but he said honestly that my NP was the one to really push it through. I had 2 physh ward visits and i was missing work and having anxiety attacks. Once I was on Serequel XR and on disability I was the best I've ever been. It only cost me $200 I think for the lawyer, which is not bad I thought.
